Cambridge UPZoning Needs a Fresh Look

The Multi-Family Housing Zoning Ordinance was enacted in February 2025, before Tim was elected to the Cambridge City Council. This ordinance incentivizes the demolition of every 1-, 2-, and 3-family home for the development of four story buildings as of right on any size lot, anywhere in Cambridge, without requiring affordable housing.
